Bass Strait scallops seared with rosemary & chili, served on a scallop roe beurre blanc.
my take on the Moroccan classic… quail, almond & pistachio phyllo parcels served with a cleansing spiced citrus salad

house made pasta with a mushroom medley, simply tossed in sage beurre noisette

served as a set with our 5th dish, marinated, grilled then pan tossed with aromats...

macadamia, sage & mountain pepper, crumbed, sealed & roasted to pink perfection - served with a simple rich mash
